Intelac Group is recruiting a Survey Technician (M/F/D) – Unexploded Ordnance (UXO) Detection for a client company with projects throughout Germany.
- Carry out detection of unexploded ordnance (UXO) and other metallic objects;
- Operate metal detectors and other geophysical survey equipment;
- Perform systematic inspections of designated areas in accordance with project specifications;
- Identify, mark, and document anomalies and potential UXO locations;
- Prepare identified areas for further investigation and excavation by specialized technicians;
- Assist with UXO removal operations whenever required;
- Inspect, maintain, and ensure the proper functioning of survey equipment;
- Strictly comply with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards;
- Work closely with project managers, UXO technicians, and other team members.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in UXO detection or clearance operations;
- Experience using metal detectors and geophysical survey equipment;
- Training in Surveying, UXO Survey Technician, or related fields will be considered an advantage;
- Strong technical knowledge and excellent attention to detail;
- High sense of responsibility and strict adherence to safety procedures;
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team;
- Valid Category B driving licence (or equivalent);
- Good command of German, both spoken and written;
- Willingness to travel and work on projects throughout Germany.
