The Intelac Group is recruiting a Machine Operator (M/F) for explosive ordnance disposal (EOD) related works, for a direct contract with an international company based in Germany, as part of an international team, with the following profile:
- Working on projects related to explosive ordnance (EOD/UXO) under strict safety regulations in Germany;
- Operating heavy machinery such as crawler drilling rigs, basement drilling equipment, hydraulic excavators, wheel loaders, and similar equipment;
- Assisting with drilling operations, including auger handling, preparation of drilling points, and casing system assembly;
- Supporting site setup and dismantling activities, as well as driving company vehicles when required;
- Ensuring proper care of assigned equipment, including cleaning, inspection, and basic maintenance;
- Carrying out general site support tasks under supervision and in close collaboration with the site manager;
- Working in compliance with strict health and safety procedures in a team-based and safety-critical environment.

- Relevant qualification or certified training as a machine operator (recognized vocational training preferred);
- Strong communication skills and a cooperative, team-oriented mindset;
- High motivation and willingness to take on new technical and field-based challenges;
- Valid driving licence (minimum Class B);
- Basic knowledge of German or fluent English (mandatory).
- Availability to work in different locations and occasional travel, including assignments across the entire German territory.
- Direct employment contract with the client company, with prospects for continuity;
