The Intelac Group is recruiting a Machine and Plant Operator (m/f/d) for production-related roles in the food industry, for a direct contract with an international company based in Germany, as part of an international team, with the following profile:
- Independently operate and monitor filling and production equipment in compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards;
- Supervise production processes to ensure continuous and efficient workflow;
- Identify and resolve minor technical issues in cooperation with the maintenance team;
- Accurately record and document all relevant production and quality data;
- Handle, sort, and manage returnable packaging materials (empty containers);
- Perform cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment and work areas according to established standards.
- Prior experience in the food industry is considered an advantage.
- Good technical understanding and a hands-on, practical mindset;
- Reliable, flexible, and able to perform well under pressure;
- High motivation and strong willingness to learn;
- Basic knowledge of German or fluent English (mandatory)
- Direct employment contract with the client company, with prospects for continuity;
