The Intelac Group is recruiting a Clearance Worker / site Assistent (m/f/d) related works, for a direct contract with an international company based in Germany, as part of an international team, with the following profile:
- Field-based role supporting drilling and construction site operations.
- Assisting with drilling operations using augers and related equipment.
- Preparing drilling locations and supporting technical teams on site.
- Assembling and handling casing pipes in ground drilling works.
- Supporting setup and dismantling of work and drilling sites, as well as general site assistance tasks.
- Ensuring proper use, cleaning, inspection, and basic maintenance of equipment.
- Working in compliance with health and safety regulations in physically demanding outdoor environments.
- Other tasks inherent to the position.
- A valid driving license (at least Class B)
- Basic knowledge of German or fluent English (mandatory).
- Good physical condition and endurance for manual work in outdoor environments.
- Availability to work in different locations and occasional travel, including assignments across the entire German territory.
- Good communication skills and a strong team spirit
- Experience in construction, drilling, or similar work (Preferred).
- Direct employment contract with the client company, with prospects for continuity;
- Working hours: 40 hours per week
