Intelac Group is recruiting a Blasting Specialist / German Explosives Act (M/F/D) for a client company with projects throughout Germany.
- Manage construction and clearance sites in a safe and cost-effective manner;
- Plan, prepare, execute, and follow up on explosive ordnance clearance projects in compliance with all legal safety requirements;
- Define, monitor, and document work processes and reporting procedures on-site;
- Identify and safely handle unexploded ordnance (UXO) in accordance with the regulations of the respective German federal state;
- Monitor construction site performance and ensure accurate project documentation;
- Prepare timesheets, daily reports, and construction reports;
- Maintain effective communication and cooperation with clients and project stakeholders;
- Organize environmentally responsible construction site operations in line with company objectives;
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Valid qualification in accordance with Section 20 of the German Explosives Act (SprengG);
- Previous experience in explosive ordnance disposal (EOD/UXO) or blasting operations;
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Valid First Aid certificate;
- Team-oriented, responsible, and motivated approach to work;
- Interest in taking on new professional challenges;
- Valid Category B driving licence (or equivalent);
- Very good command of German, both spoken and written;
- Willingness to travel and work on projects throughout Germany.
